　A president of a Konnyaku company in Kagoshima Prefecture who suffer a diabetes developed a superlow-calorie food named the TounyuuOkaraKonnyaku. He had be shocked his sick, but he reconsidered that we ware a Konnyaku company. Soon he started to develop a new food with his positive thinking. 　He marked the OkaraKonnyaku in Aomori Prefecture. It looked the easy-going mood because of the skill of the Konnyaku company. But it used the eggs as a liaison. The eggs is one of the prohibited food for the diabetic. He groped about another liaison. He found out new liaison at last after trial and error. He connected Okara and Konnyaku by Tounyuu. It was a new food "the TounyuuOkaraKonnyaku". By the way Okara in Japanese means bean-curd refuse in English, Konnyaku is a arum root and Tounyuu is soy milk.
