【It is a common food in Kagoshima Prefecture】
　The output is less than the Kanto district, but the peanut is also produced in the Kagoshima Prefecture. And the boiled peanut is eatn often there. In addition to the boild peanut, the peanut processed goods are consumed a lot too. One of them is a Peanut Tofu. It is sold generally in a supermarket in the Kagoshima Prefecture, but I don't show it in Tokyo. I don't know the reason. In Kagoshima tehre is a mother who cook it herself, each family has a their special sauce. By the way Japanese describe the peanut as the Rakkasei, however in Kagoshima it is called the Rakkisyo.
　The Peanut Tofu is a simple food which congeal the smashed peanut by the kudzu starch after season used the soy sauce. Speaking to easy, it is an image that the sesame in the Sesame Tofu (Goma Doufu) change to the peanut. The Peanut Tofu is soft and the taste of the peanut spread in one's mouth, so it is very delicious. It is suit for children. Of cource it is also suit for the pinch of the Syochu Liquor.
　We cook the Peanut Tofu ourselves. Because we start to make it after the order, we keep waiting. But we want that the customer enjyoy the newly made soft the Peanut Tofu. We also make its special sauce based stock of dried bonito flakes made in Kagoshima.
