＜Kikori No Wakemae 1117＞
Kikori No Wakemae is a little..., no! It is a great water made at Tarumizu city in Kagoshima prefecture. Tarumizu is expressed by the Japanese characters which means water flow down. It is pumped from a deep water vein of 1117m's below ground under many stratum which has some bedrocks of granite. It is a little sweet special soft water.

1.The special soft water is full of minerals. Especially, it has rich germanium. But magnesium is a little.
Kikori No Wakemae is proud of rich minerals. Especially, it has rich water-soluble germanium which is included well in the Asian ginseng which is famous as a Chinese medicine, aloe, a garlic and so on. Germanium is included about 6μg/L. It is said germanium work as a help for the discharge of body wastes. It is paid big attention now.
Even the water have rich minerals, the hardness is 2mg/L only. It is special soft water. It tastes a round sweet taste a little. stars prize. Kikori No Wakemae is the first water in Japan got 3 stars prize.
Monde Selection has a second name "the Nobel prize of foods". Kikori No Wakemae got Grand Gold Medal for 5 consecutive years from 2006. It shows the water is greatest internationally.
6.Are they careful about the safety control too much, aren't they?
The water maker keep to take care of the safety contro for safty.
・Every lot・・・They prepare thier own inspectors who have pharmacist license and examinate the components independently. And they ask the Kagoshima Pharmaceutical Association to examinate of the components. It is a third-party organization. About the examination of the bacteriums, it is done same.
・Every set time・・・The elected taste inspector examinate.
・At any time・・・To check visually is worked by not only the machines and also humen. They keep the production records written by the person in charge and the used material records. So they can inspect it at any time. And they keep sample of every production.
・Every year・・・They test 50 items of production and 18 items of raw water.
・Education・・・They take part in a study meeting held regularly by The Mineral Water Association of Japan, The Foods Safety Problem Study Group Working and sp on. They study the lesson of the health administration regularly, and look their own health administration over again after that.
