The Sakurajimayaki Pottery is made from ashes of Mt.Sakurajima and the spring groundwater at the foot of Mt.Sakurajima. The spring water contain rich metal, so the surface of the pottery have a lot of interesting look. It rarely make the Sakurajimayaki Pottery all which surface glitter as a silver. It is born 10 in a thousand shot. It is called "Ginsai". Gin in Japanese means silver, and Sai means color. Even the pottery don't know why the color apper. By the temperature? Or the place? It is just a secret. Of course it is more expensive than the standard Sakurajimayaki Pottery.
The pottery consist of wemen. So thier Pottery is very close and polite. Both of manly bold construction and mannish sensitive design chime perfectly. There are many unique works with the intersting shape. They has a charm that don't get old even looking every day.
