★Den-en Gold label★ Sake Brewer : Den-en Shuzo co.ltd Malted Rice type : White The barley syochu liqueur is rare in Kagosima. The water color is amber, and it shows a matured syochu liqueur stored in a cask. It is stored for 3 years in a whiteoak cask. It is a real long stored syochu liqueur. By the way, ac indication of "long stored" is only for a syochu liqueur includes more than 50% of more than 3 years stored syochu liqueur. The brewer give a vibration of a classical music to the tanks and the stored casks. It is fermented faster at the unrefining process, and tha taste become noble more because waster and alcohol mix well at the maturing process. It tastes round and mild. |

★Hitohiro★ Sake Brewer : Hombo Shuzo co.ltd Malted Rice type : Black The barley syochu liqueur is rare in Kagoshima. 1 hiro (hitohiro) is about one's height long. It is same as a size of pot which is used for producing the syochu liqueur. The pots buried under ground absorb the energy of the earth and give them into syochu liqueur. The taste is cool. So it is suitable to drink with green tea, matcha, black vinegar and so on. |
