★Shimamusume★ Sweetpotate type : the Koganesengan sweetpotato Malted Rice type : White (mix the malted rice and the malted barley) It is sold only in the Nagashima island where is on the north of the Satsuma peninsula. The brewer is mainly known as the Shimabijin and the Shimaotome syochu liqueur. They always say "We serve the Otome, but we never leave the Musume." So it is never sold out of the island. Of course, it is never sold on the Kagoshima mainland in principle. It is made fron the Shimabijin and a barley syochu liqueur half and half. We think the barley syochu liqueur is used to be soft the taste, but the Shimamusume taste strong unexpectedly. The syochu liqueur lover say it taste soft, but it must mean it is softer than the Shimabijin. Yes, it give an impression that a young girl give the brush-off. ★Kaimosyochu★ Sweetpotate type : the Koganesengan sweetpotato (deeply scraped sweetpotato) Malted Rice type : White, Black The brewer use the deeply scraped sweetpotato to remove the bitter taste and the sharp taste. But because too clean syochu liqueur don't taste interesting. So when they distill, they mix the unblended malt syochu liqueur. The unblended malt syochu liqueur has a good individuality, but is has some strange taste. It is famous for the smell sweetpotato syochu liqueur lover. It is suit for an enthusiast. It is most drunkn in our shop. Kaimo in Kagoshima dialect means sweetpotato. |

It is a long storaged syochu liqueur which the above syochu liqueur "Satsumaakakutouryuu" matured for a year in the tunnel of the Sengokukura. Because the tunnel keeps the uniform temperature between a year, the syochu liqueur mature uniformly. The basic syochu liqueur of the Benikutouryuu and the Akakutouryuu are same, but the taste of the Benikutouryuu chages from the Akakutouryuu at all. It is very interesting change. People never think they are same syochu liqueur. The young aroma of the Murasaki sweetpotato is stronger. Its aroma is very think. The sweet taste is weaker than the Akakutouryuu. The Kyushu Shinkansen whole line opened at 2011/3/12. Kagoshima people are glad that people can move from Aomori prefecture to Kagoshima prefecture by train. Many company produce many kind of memorial goods. Sake brewers produced them too. The black rabbit (Black Otter) is our mascot boy. He was born at the day of The Kyushu Shinkansen whole line opening. His name is Sakura. He named after the Kyushu Shinkansen "Sakura". |

It was a memorial shochu liqueur made for the commemoration. It made 546 bottles only. It has a serial number. The number of seat of the shinkansen Sakura is 546. It is same with the number of bottles. It is very popular among Kagoshima people. It was sold at 5 shops only where is in the Kagoshima Chuou station and so on. It had be already sold out onlyfor the reservations at some shops. There are the shops sold only one bottlr for a family. Of course, all of them was sold out the first day of selling. Some people had standed in day before the selling. It is one of the most difficult shochu liqueur to get. It is made by the Meijigura of Satsuma Shuzo co.ltd. The name of the Kyushu Shinkansen "Sakura" is from this flower. The Kyushu Shinkansen whole line opened at 2011/3/12. It was born as a memorial shochu liqueur for the commemoration. It is produced only once, so it will be too hard to get after 2012. It images cherry blossoms, so the aroma is like a flower. It tastes sweet and soft like a flower too. Because the aroma of sweetpotato isn't too strong, it is easy for beginners to drink. When it is drunkn with hot water, it tastes sweet but the aroma of sweetpotato is stronger. So we recommend for those who love the aroma of sweetpotato to drink with hot water. |

The interesting bottle shapes the shinkansen. The famous syochu liqueur is in the memorial bottle. The syochu liqueur vary from prefecture to prefecture. To collect completely will be fun. The syochu liqueur filled in Kagoshima prefecture is Shibi-no-tsuyu and SatsumaShimabijin. After drinking, you will be able to display and be proud. The design looks real.
