It is sold only in the Amamiooshima island. It is matured in a cask for a long time. The material water is an underground water of soft water at the foot of Mt.Yuwandake. The water color of the syochu liqueur is gold. It taste just as a whiskey or a brandy. It is strong and thick, but it is easy to drink. People sometimes forget its alcoholicity is 40%. Be careful drink too much.

It is sold only in the Amamiooshima island. It is stored for a long time. The material water is an underground water of soft water at the foot of Mt.Yuwandake. It is sweet and fruity. It is too delicious. It can not be stoped to drink. Those who drink this syochu liqueur will become a Ukarekenmun as same as its name. By the way, Kenmun is a ghastly apparition in the Amamiooshima island who is jocular and gets lonely easily. They love human and like to the pranks. But when human try to commit a crime, they stop human by the pretty pranks. They looks like a god.

It is sold as a 7 years stored old syochu liqueur in general, but the brewer tried to make as a 8 years stored syochu liqueur in 2010. They said next year they would make a 7 years stored old syochu liqueur, so this year's is a special limited syochu liqueur. It taste hard.
It is sold only in the Amamiooshima island. It isn't sold out of the island. The label shows the alcoholicity is 37%, but the brewer said it was 40%. Those who want to confirm which alcoholicity is right, let's try to drink.

The sugar content is 0%. Mr.Izumi Shigechiyo who lived for most long year in Japan drank 5 gou of it every day. The alcoholicity of the standard syochu liqueur is 25% in general, but it is 30%.
It has a clear sweet taste. It is easy to drink, but it is impossible for me to drink 5 gou everyday..... (^_^;)

It is a special limited syochu liqueur it was made to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the return of the Amamiooshima islands to Japan. Its beautiful blue bottle was prepared specially as the anniversary. It is stored for 7 years. It is distilled under the decompression.
It tastes thick like a brandy. The soft sweet taste appers to drop a ice into a cup. We recommend to drink with ice.
It was made only 5,000 bottles. We managed to get it when the rest stock was only about 20 bottles. It has a serial number. Ours is No.1647.

Its alcoholicity is 40% ! The material brown sugar is made in Amamiooshima island. It is matured for more than 2 years. After that, it stored for more than 3 years in the oak cask. It costs more than 5 years. Its wonderful shochu liqueur is produced by a workman with all his might. Because it is matured in a pottery cask, it tastes mild. Only 3000 bottles are made every year.

The brown sugar is made in the Okinoerabujima island only. Mensyori in the Okinoerabu island dialect means "welcome".
It tastes clear and very hard.
It is sold only in the Okinoerabu island. It isn't sold out of the island. It will be able to get it at any exhibition of the products with a lucky.

It is distilled under the decompression. It is a long stored syochu liqueur which is stored for 20 years. The alcoholicity was 45-46% at first, and it become 39% now. We feel the length of long time for it.
It has a floral bright aroma. The taste give a floral feeling too. It become mild to drink with a ice. We recommend The artistic label was drawn by Mr.Tamura Isson.
When the brewer put a cellar in order, a pot was found out by chance. We heard it was a last syochu liqueur which was made by the traditional method (The brewer make syochu liqueur by machines now). When it was found out, a company bought the pot all. It was sold out soon as a private brand. But the brewer had a little as a sample. The brewer sold them at a products exhibition after they asked the company permission to sell them. When we bought it in 2010, thier stock was already under 20 bottles. So we think it is impossible to get in the future. When the brewer came our shop, they said "You sell too cheap! Sell more than \5,000 a cup. It is rare syochu liqueur really." and recommended to raise the price. By the way, we keep the first price now. Our stock is already under 2gou. First come.

It is a new brown sugar syochu liqueur which is distilled under the decompression. It tastes simple and cool. The sugar content is 0%. It is sweet and easy to drink.

Malted Rice type : Black made in Amamiooshima island (Kagoshima prefecture) and Okinawa prefecture


They say they use a lot of brown sugar more than in usuall. The material gives an image which taste heavy, but it tastes actually sharp.

Its alcoholicity is 38%. It is a baseof all shochu liqueur made by Yayoi shochu. It is a limited shochu liqueur. It is made smally. The design of bottle looks luxurious. Both of eyes and mouth feel delicious.

It is stored for 7 years in a cask. It is distilled under the ordinary pressure.
The aroma is sweet and bright. The taste is clear and hot. We recommend to drink with ice. But if it is too strong for you, it become good to add water.
It got the Monde Selection in 2009 and 2010.
