 Menu of Black Tea

 It isn't known well, but Kagoshima prefecture is the first place where started to produce the Japanese black tea. Many black tea are produced in many area, for example in Makurazaki. It is said that the good black tea is produced mainly a high latitude. The latitude of Kagoshima isn't high, but there is a geographical advantage with clean water, and the farmers make an improvement of a species of tea leaves and study how to processing of tea. So they overcame the disadvantage depends on low latitude. Please enjoy the delicious Kagoshima black tea.

 This black tea is made in Chiran. This black tea is on a royal road unquestionably. It has a good sense of proportion. The farmer said, "People may feel Benifuuki as materials. So it may too bitter for Japanese to drink. We think that this tea is suit for tea with milk." But when we tried to drink it, we felt it was very delicious. Its bitter taste didn't bother us at all. We think to drink with milk is an obstacle to enjoy this black tea naturally.

 This black tea is made in Chiran. This black tea leaves made in Nuruki area of Chiran. It is a Japanese black tea which is made from a green tea leaves for example Yabikita and Kanayamidori. It is giving off a good aroma like flowers when it is dripped. The red water color is bery beautiful. This has a bright impression.

 This black tea is made in Kanoya. This is made from the Inzatsu leaves, the Hatsumomiji leaves and so on. The Inzatu leaves is a cross between Japanese original leaves and a Indian primeval leaves.  This black tea is made in Makurazaki. This black tea run on the royal road. It has sweet and cool aroma. The taste is also cool but soft and thick. It a little sweet. It has no bitter taste, so to drink is very easy. The water color and taste occur enough even a little tea leaves. Several pot can be enjoied.
 It is made from the Benihikari black tea leaves. Benihikari is improved for Japanese soil and Japanese palate. But the production of the black tea was barely lost once, and Benihikari became a phantom leaves. After that the farmer restored it with thier pride again. The characteristic of Benihikari is the soft taste. Please enjoy a Japanese original tea leaves.

 This black tea is made in Makurazaki. There is a big news in 2009. One of the Makurazaki Black tea named Himefuuki won a 3 stars gold prize (★★★) of the Grate Taste Awards in England where is the home of the black tea. The awards is called a second name "the Oscar Awards for Foods". It is for the expensive foods. It is held in England. Those who won the prize can be a Purveyor to the Royal Household of England. It shows the honor and the importance. Of course to win a 3 stars gold prize is the first splendid feat for Japanese.
 So we ordered at once, but all of them had sold out. The field space is only 15a, and the production is 900can. We had to wait for a year. But the kind farmer gave us 1can for a sample. We tried to drink at once. It was so wonderful, and we ware surprized and admired that that's just what one would expect of the black tea which had won the prize. It has calm and elegant aroma like flowers. Its red water color is beautiful. Its taste is thick without a tang. It is easy for everyone to drink. It don't have any weak point. We served to some customer who visited by chance. Then they loved it, so we already have some order even before a year.
 It is made only from young "Benifuuki" leaves whici is harvested by hands. It give warmth of human and show the excellent technique of the farmer.

 This black tea is made in Makurazaki. The farmer is same as the farmer who produce Himehuuki. Himehuuki is made from the Benihuuki tea leaves, but this is made from the Benihikari tea leaves. They are made by same farmer, but they has the different characteristics. This taste is clear and has a bitter taste. This is suit for tea with milk.

 This black tea is made in Soo. This is a black tea made from Yabukita leaves. The leaves has a strange aroma with acidity. But the aroma changes sweet after dripping hot water. We asked why the aroma change, but even the farmer don't know it.

 This black tea is made in Soo. This is a black tea made from Benifuuki leaves. It taste strong but cool. Please enjoy with milk.

 This black tea is made in Yakushima. In general the black tea woods favorite under high latitudes. The latitude of Yakushima is not so high, but it usually rain in Yakushima with the rich minus ion, so a nice black tea is produced in Yakushima. It taste cool.

 This tea is made in Nejime. Since ancient times the loquat leaves ware used as a medicinal herb for coordinating the liver and the kidney. The wisdom based on one's earlier namesake develop the NejimeBiwacha. In a biological test many effect appeared for exmple the blood sugar level dwindled, was well dwindle, restrained multiplication of cancer cells and so on. While we drink green tea, we are waiting to hear next research paper.

 This oolong tea is made in Chiran. The farmer spend 3 years for the study of this oolong tea. It has soft fermentation scent and clear bitter taste. You may feel a plain taste at the first drink, but you will feel a rich taste after that. A little tea leaves make woolong tea a lot.
