Imo in Japanese means a sweet potato. Jyoka is a kind of sake pot. This jyoka is called Imojyoka from the funny shape. It will be welcome at a party. This is a Ginsai pottery. Its surface glitter as a silver.
 This can be used over an open fire. Please simmer it, or the handle will burn up.
 There are some sake cups in these photo. But this sake pot don't have any cup. If necessity, you have to buy them separately.

《How to drink for delicious shochu liquor》
(1)Mix shochu liquor and water the day before drinking. Spring water is best for shochu liquor. Shochu liquor : water = 6:4 or shochu liquor : water = 5:5 is said good, but you can find out your own best combination.
(2)Leave half a day.
(3)Simmer the Jyoka, warm up slowly. Never boil.
*The shochu liquor is usually drank with ice in Tokyo. But Kagoshima people favorite to drink with hot water as a mentioned above.
