**Hojyun Satsuma-no-tsurugi**
　Ichibancha is the first picking leaves of the year. And Mirume is the small top of Ichibancha, so it is small in quantity. This is the luxurist tea which contain Mirume leaves. Its looking is just soft and young. Water color is fresh green, aroma is elegant, taste is mild and Umami is strong. This tea give a joy in the first of spring.
　The harmony of strong sweetness and round bitter taste is a rare object. The softness of the taste of hot water is the feature.
　Turugi in Japanese means a sword in English. It express Mirume. And Hojyun in Japanese means rich and pure.

	The Water Color	Short critique
The first pot	Gold	Sweet taste and Umami are half-and-half. There are some round bitterness and astringent tastes.
The second pot	Bright green	Sweet and bitter. Acidity begins to appear.
The third pot	Bright green	Acidity becomes strong. Taste is soft.
