**Tsukushidake Chiran-no-benifuuki**
Benifuuki is a kind of tea leaves which is watched with keen interest for improving effect of an allergy symptom, for example hay fever. Its gold water color if different from green tea. It looks interesting.
A best method for deep effect is to boil to bring out the flavor. This tea has strong bitter taste, so if you are not good at drinking anything to bitter tea, cool in the refrigerator. Those who love bitter tea will enjoy the thick taste adter boiling till to be like a jelly.
In common we recommend the above boiling method at first because the active elements is given in boiling water. On the other hand the 3 pots method same as green tea is also interesting. We serve this tea under the 3 pots method in our shop. We don't know why the second pot taste like a fruits. It is a mystery for us. It may be borned from the first bitter taste. Tsukushi in Japanese means a horsetail in English, and dake means a mountain. It express a mountain wchich is full of horsetails.
