The farm are produced by Mr.Seikoba who has a title of "The local special product master". It is made from rich kumquat with a reduced amount of agricultural chemicals and organic fertilizer mainly. It is a luxurious jam. All of kumquat are fully ripened on the tree. The general kumquat are picked after 150 days from blossom and are ripened fully between the transport, so it tastes young. But the Seikoba farm grow them more than 210 days after blossom and wait to be ripened, therefore it has thick taste and good aroma. Of cource they are more delicious than the common kumquat. The sugar content of his ripened kumquat is more than 16 degree. Even you eat directly, it give a happy time. You would be never stop to eat.
 All of sugarcane as a seasoning is made in the Tanegashima island in Kagoshima prefecture. Moreover it is a highest class sugar called the special Kizara which has the vitamin and the minerals rich. The fermented acidifier is made from sweetpotato produced in Kagoshima prefecture. And it is a additive‐free food jam. The farm consider the health and use the materials made in Kagoshima prefecture only.
 It contanis yuzu and kumquat. It is delicious as a jam. And if it is dissolved in hot water, you can enjoy it as the yuzu-kumquat tea. And citrus fruits and protein are congenial friends, so it is also good for a yogurt sauce, meat and so on.
