These flower series are a new local specialty of Kagoshima. The fishermen press seafood under the high pressure and bake used far infrared rays. The seasoning is a litte salt only. The general fish cracker contains the cheap flour much, but it is made from 100% fish without any mixture. So it is very delicious and has a lot of benefit. It is convenient as a snack. And broken flower series is also good for a material of dishes and a dried seasoning for sprinkling on rice or salad.
 Because seafood is pressed under the high pressure, it looks like flower. So it is called "The floral squid". It is thin and light. And it is easy to eat. It is thin but has a good tough elasticity. So it may be good for a training jaw. It is ordered as a snack for shochu liqueur often at our shop.
