It is sold at the post offices in the Kyushu district only. The area is narrow and the sales amount is little, so it is hard to get. It is a sticker stamp, so it don't need any paste and is very convenient.
Kyushu people lively before the Kyushu Shinkansen whole line opening at 2011/3/12 and many kind of event are planed. And the frame stamp is printed too hastily. It looks the common stamps of the trains of JR Kyushu nomally at a glance, but does it shows an intention flow into the Kyusyu Shinkansen commemoration at VOL.2 or VOL.3, doesn't it? Even it has a little luxurious mount, but its price was as same as snother frame stamp without any mount. The post office kind people.
