It is sold at the post offices in the Kyushu district only. The area is narrow and the sales amount is little, so it is hard to get. It is a sticker stamp, so it don't need any paste and is very convenient.
The Kyushu Shinkansen whole line opened quietly. There is no special ceremony. But Kagoshima people have a big hope to the shinkansen. The memorial frame stamp is sold out as soon as selling. The small post offices sold out only at the reservations. The Kagoshima Central Post Office distributed a numbered ticket and sold onlu one sheet for a people. They are sold out soon too. As a result, it is too hard for people out of Kyushu district to get the stamp. We went through many hardships to get some sheets.
