It is sold at the post offices in Ka-noya city in Kagoshima prefecture only. The area is narrow and the sales amount is little, so it is hard to get. It is a sticker stamp, so it don't need any paste and is very convenient.
It was printed as a commemoration of a festival "The frame postage stamp : The Air Memorial in KANOYA 2010". The Maritime Self-Defense Force bace in Kanoya is used as the design. The navy fan whould be pleased by the fighter and the helicopter etc..
