It is a local commemorative stamp for the festival. It has a luxurious mount. The stamp sheet can be put in a vinyl pocket on the mount. The mascot character of the festival is a lovery pig "Guribuu". He ride on the Kyushu shinkansen and show off a trip to Kagoshima. The festival is held from 2011/3/18 to 2011/5/22.
