The Form Card is a kind of limited postcard which is made by the cooperation between Japan Post Network Co., Ltd. and KOKUYO Co.,Ltd.. It is designed at each prefecture and sold only in each prefecture. The second design is Mr.Saigou who is the most famous man in Kagoshima prefecture. He is a great man, so Kagoshima people call him Segodon with thier respect. He has the square face and the thick eyebrows. The intrepid face is a model of Satsuma Hayato.
　It can be used as the nonstandard-size mail in Japan.

* Satsuma Hayato : Both of Satsuma and Hayato are the place names directly. But Satsuma Hayato means the old Kagoshima samurai in generall.
