**KirishimaKabusecha Kirikage**
This Kirishima tea is sometimes called Gyokuro made in Kagoshima. This Kabusecha is stronger shade the light than general Kabusecha, so its tea contain the condenseed nutrients. It has the strongest Umami and body, and taste well. We has asked often what seasoning contain in the tea, but no seasoning are in. This tea has really deep Umami.
When we are asked that which tea leaves offer surprise most, we recommend this tea and Kodama without wavering. Kodama is a tea of Shibushi. If you give these two kinds of tea together, it will surely be nice.
Kiri in Japanese means fog in English. The word of Kage means the shadow directly, but it has the second mean which is the light. In those days old Japanese described the moon light as Tsukikage(Tuki means the moon). The moon light is the reflected light from the sun. It images Kabusecha.
