　This is a oolong tea which is said the middle tea between the green tea and the black tea because it is fermented half. There are many people who visit to draw water in Kawanabe. The oolong tea leaves drink the beautiful water every day. The ferment is a little shorter than the Chinese oolong tea. But it don't taste near green tea, it taste good as a black tea. Its water color is nice clear red as a black tea.
　This oolong tea is made from a green tea leaves not from a black tea leaves. So its taste is interesting.
　Haru in Japanese means spring in English. Kouyo means the colored leaves. Yuuki is organic, and Uuroncha is the oolong tea. HarunoKouyo expresses its beautiful red water color made on spring.
