**Satsuma-no-Homare Kohmeien**
This green tea has also a strange taste. It taste too new so that we want to name "Profound Mystery tea" as same as the above green tea. It has strong Umami. And it tastes more intersting than the tea. It is made from the Yabikita leaves mainly. The farmer selected the highest class's tea leaves for this tea.
Homare in Japanese means honor in English. Koh means a happy, Mei means crow, and En means a field. Kohmeien expresses a place where the happy cranes crow.

The Water ColorShort critique
The first potGoldIt has the thick Umami and clear bitter taste. And it has a unique taste which is difficult to explain.
The second potGoldThe taste is cooler. The balance of taste is as same as the first pot.
The third potGoldThe bitter taste just as green tea apper. The strange taste is still left.
