**Satsuma-no-Kouhou Kakurakuen**
This tea is made from the Yabikita leaves mainly and Asatsuyu leaves. It looks a common green tea, but it has an intersting taste. It has Umami aroma. It tastes bitter, but the taste is soft. It is a new taste. The farmer selected the highest class's tea leaves for this tea.
Kouhou in Japanese means a high peak in English. Kaku is a pronunciation for a character "tsuru" which means the crane. Rakuen means a paradise. Kakurakuen expresses a paradise for the crane in Izumi.
